Employer ले sponsor गर्नुपर्छ। OPT मा काम गर्दा employer ले H1B petition file गर्छ। Lottery system हुन्छ (85,000 annual cap)। Bachelor's degree required, STEM मा advantages धेरै हुन्छ।
